Entry Criteria
Holders of 5 GCSE’s or 5 O’Levels or equivalent
Equivalent academic qualifications
Mature students with at least 5 year’s relevant experience
+ English Language Competency (IELTS 6.0)

Course Structure
The course modules are:
• Introduction to Travel, Tourism and Hospitality
• Introduction to the Business Environment
• Introduction to Business Communication and Customer Care
• Introduction to Business and Finance
Methods of Assessment
Each subject is assessed by a three hour written examination
Teaching Methods
The programme is taught by a dedicated team of staff drawn largely from full-time members of the school but supplemented where necessary by external lecturers and speakers and professionals from industry. There is a mixture of lecture and seminar work in the course with a particular emphasis on group work. This allows experiences to be shared and develops cross-cultural awareness and opportunities to develop links and networks in the long run.
Progression & Career Options
On passing the OTHM Certificate Members will be eligible to be considered for OTHM Diploma Course.
