Program Aims
The aim of the course is to produce qualified HR professionals in the development of a career structure rising to the highest levels of the organization.
Entry Criteria
Applicants must have obtained one of the following:
ABE Diploma
A UK Honours Degree or Overseas equivalent
Other recognized qualifications of approved Overseas Institutes of Higher Education

Course Structure
The course modules are:
• Corporate Strategy and Planning
• Managing in Organizations
• Strategic Human Resource Management for Business Organization
• Managing Organizational Change and Development
• Performance Management and Reward
Methods of Assessment
The three-hour written examinations are held twice a year (usually the first week in June and December) in one of the ABE centres.
Teaching Methods
The programme is taught by a dedicated team of staff drawn largely from full-time members of the school but supplemented where necessary by external lecturers and speakers and professionals from industry. There is a mixture of lecture and seminar work in the course with a particular emphasis on group work. This allows experiences to be shared and develops cross-cultural awareness and opportunities to develop links and networks in the long run.
Progression & Career Options
Students completing the programme will have the opportunity to progress to the final stages of a degree in various courses in recognized universities in the UK and world wide as well as enhanced career prospects.
